"It was like a challenge from " Mission Impossible" I had less than a fortnight in which to find someone to take over our accounts department. Finding someone with those skills at short notice was a major ask in itself but to expect that someone to get to grips with how our old style accounting system operated and be ready to take over all within a fortnight, I thought that was a miracle! The thing that has impressed me most about the team at L J Bass is that they really do try to help me grow my business. If they can see a better way of doing things, something that could save my business time and/or money they tell me about it. I might not necessarily adopt all their ideas but as the old saying goes "It's the thought that counts"
